Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory.
At A Little Love Bookshop, we charge the full payment for pre-orders at checkout to secure your copy. Your order will then be fulfilled and dispatched once the item becomes available.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@alittlelovebookshop.com.au with your order number, and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
If the pre-order has already been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, once you receive the item, you may request a return in accordance with our [Returns & Refund Policy].
Changes to Release Dates
Please note that estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are based on publisher release schedules and are subject to change outside of our control. If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you no longer wish to wait.
